Why is Adobe Connect randomly stopping video and audio share in the middle of a meeting?
on 2 recent occasions now, adobe connect has stopped sharing video , audio in middle of meeting , presentation. bug?
no 1 stopped mic sharing or video sharing, , didn't go muted mic/video state. seems though host machine sharing reverted defaulted beginning of meeting state.
this temporary loss of connectivity. it's hard pin-point problem occurs, if affects 1 individual, @ end, opposed @ server. if have access server logs, may able go when happened , see reported in error log , more insight. if account hosted, can reach out adobe , see if have logs time period, or may need contact them next time happens.
does user see room refresh? indication connectivity dropped , came back.
