hi, post little long-winded because i'm totally new apple world , want list out every detail of problem, not knowing started go downhill. got macbook pro 8,1 late 2011. first apple product. came osx lion , decided install ubuntu 11.10 thinking easy installing on pc. was. except osx wouldn't boot. reading through forum posts superficially, created single fat partition of 20gigs using disk utility under osx. installed refit. rebooted , refit showed on second reboot. plugged in ubuntu 11.10 x86-64 usb stick , booted live session refit menu. using gparted, deleted 20gigs fat partition make free space - think first mistake, after reading on hybrid mbrs. launched installer , created 2gig swap , 18gig / ext4 partition free space. choose / ext4 boot loader install partition suggested in posts , completed installing. on reboot, refit did not show up. instead, grub did , listed usual ubuntu, recovery , memtest options, along osx 32bit , osx 64bit.

i not able drag files library stage. also, cannot drag files folders within library, stay organized. that strange, works me.   could clear cache (preferences, general has button that)? try change workspace or refresh workspace. if doesn't solve problem, try refreshing preferences folder. customisation lost. there batch file in installation folder, utils delete preferences. captivate has closed, when restarting fresh folder created default settings.   lilybiri More discussions in Adobe Captivate adobe

when using rectangular grid tool starting upper edge of artboard , when moving along edge see green indicators stating "guide" when somewhere on path, , "anchor" when @ edge, "0,0" instance.   however, trying follow along video tutorial, , in tutorial shows same thing except there "intersect" value in green in tutorial. demonstrator verbally mentions importance of achieving "intersect" value several times. wondering why not seeing it.   the demonstrator mentions making sure have "smart guides" turned on, and do .   in video when demonstrator hovering on guide lines grid tool shows 2 values " page " , " intersect ".   on local machine when hovering on same guide lines grid tool shows 2 values " guide " , " anchor ".   i have looked @ preferences when grid tool selected , played around different settings. have played around different snap settings main menu, , nothing.   what missing?

i have question or problem, depends on point of view.   i’m using adobe livecycle designer create dynamic forms in pdf format. adobe acrobat users have no problems adobe readers have treatment file selecting option “extend features adobe reader”. option people have adobe reader can fill in form , save it, (and problem) put file on p drive , can fill in form if adobe reader makes mistake , tries correct it, can’t save again under same name. file throws error says “ the file read only, or user might using it. please try save in folder or under different name”.   that happens when work p drive, if hard drive (c:) there’s no problem @ anyone.   do have idea why happens?   regard’s hi!   sorry cannot out one. haven´t encountered problem yet... advanced! hope can guide seem need pro here. good luck!
