How to load xml and assign to a perticular subform

hi,

 

i want build functionality in form on click on checkbox want papulate items of xml node(panel1 or panel2 values belwo xml) subforms controls (textfield1 , textfield2).

and when uncheck checkbox, should papulate values different nodes subform.

   <panel1>

      <textfield1>ego ille1</textfield1>

   </panel1>

how write js script load xml node , assign subform (panel1 or panel2).

please let me knw if need xdp , xml of poc.
