Can't log into backend - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

good day.

i running site of sudden cannot log admin section.
i use centrora, bkstop stop spammers. changed names of the
folders thinking may have ip address added blacklist. still can't
get login area of admin section

what happens when type in domain.com/administrator happens is
that site shows , not admin page.

anyone have suggestions?

try disable extensions phpmyadmin.
and access /administrator.

hello all, i got same 500 error on frontend , other error on backend. on backend got menu , nothing works. but not right after update 3.7.5 3.8.1. worked 1st time. wanted turn on recaptcha inside visforms form maker component (3.9.2, newest one) , 500 error message came after that. thus suppose 500 error problem in j! 3.8.1 connected recaptcha security somehow well. gap1 please set error reporting maximum in global configuration or $error_reporting='maximum' in configuration.php file , reproduce 500 error.
