Company Logo Distortion

why our company logo distorted , fuzzy when converted microsoft office publisher document pdf?  using windows xp , adobe acrobat x pro.  logo worked fine before upgraded acrobat x pro.  can't seem convert anymore.  doesn't matter how it's converted either.  i've tried 3 or 4 different ways , ends same.  i've checked updates , there none.  ideas problem be?

what format logo? there issues when embedded gif/jpg/png files converted output microsoft office; ideally logo in vector format, if it's bitmap may find helps swap format (e.g. replace gif png).
