Contact Form submission data not included in email - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i using jsn boot template , jsn uniform. website goodnaturedohio.com. have created 2 forms seem function properly. when email receives submissions following message:

there appears attachment form submission data when opens there no data form.

it looks, you've posted, you're getting message in your email inbox telling email sent email address "bounced" because recipient's email not receive it. fact traceback not include contents of email standard but, if have right tools, unravel email package (in .eml attachment) find out submitted.

to resolve properly, may need consider kind of email tranmission method you're using (e.g. php mail or smtp mail, perhaps) , whether "sending" email account can work method. these issues depend on whether mail server exists on same hosted environment website or whether you're using external mail service.
