to answer direct question - no don't think quick , easy convert site joomla achievable effort.

you convert site joomla template, may require intermediate skill-level epending on coding knowledge - html, javascript,, css, php required. refer https://docs.joomla.org/creating_a_basi ... !_template. other resources, search web "create joomla template"

first download , install joomla - either on hosting (create development site in sub folder) or on own pc using web server xampp. (download https://downloads.joomla.org).

for purpose of testing can use default front-end protostar template. joomla lets customise templates, first create duplicate of protostar make customisable version since change made core files overwritten when system updated.

you can own custom css , on start creating colour scheme site (matching purple used).

it best if first set site, ask specific "how questions" (one question per topic).
