can serve home page copying source file browser , making static html home page.
i have small website , not add new pages, not going change home page.

is there change if or can straightaway?

so, regardless of might "landing page" (i mean, let's agree on 1 thing, people come multitude of sources , arrive @ multiude of places on website discovered somehow, somewhere, on internet), if we're discussing ways construct home page has none of javascript, css or other bloat, points functioning joomla website, doesn't matter how home page constructed.

if home page merely needs signpost says "welcome website" , link points fully-functioning website (built joomla), isn't discussion joomla. if that's people want, have page in front of fully-functioning website, people can build page want build it; joomla doesn't have enter consideration.

by same token, people having "signpost" page says nothing more "welcome"; means, however, site visitors have perform mouse-click "good stuff". have static home page matter of individual choice.
