1 month left in my year commitment but I get Subscription Expired countdown.


i believe there 2 problems because annual commitment ends may 10 , have expired cc have been given 2 day countdown (1 day left). when logged in account see payment error under creative cloud membership , when click "update payment" pop reads, "you have reached end of prior annual commitment. re-activating subscription, signing annual term begin today...." started annual subscription in may 2012 still have 1 month left of $29.99/month promo , still want pay last month @ promo rate.
