Thread: DVD drive not recognized


hello every one,

i'm having problem dvd drive. ubuntu seems not find cd/dvd rom.

result of

means cd/dvd drive not found.

however, if reboot computer keeping example blank dvd inside drive, when ubuntu boots recognize cd/dvd drive , i'm able burn dvd/cd.

question else has come across similar problem, or if has idea.
