1054 Unknown column 'Number' in 'field list' - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have started see error on 2 or many menu items on site. example, page: https://angloboerwar.com/unit-informati ... ican-units

this menu link has worked fine long time , there has been no recent changes menu structure. problem affects 2 of category list menu items there other category lists work ok.

i have upgraded j3.7.4 , did not test menu item after upgrade problem related upgrade? more cause.

i running php 7.0.19. tried downgrading 5.6.30 error persisted. have been running php 7 several months without issue.

i have tried fix database errors none found.

i have created similar menu entry (category list) in top menu , outcome same - 1054.

if navigated directly, articles accessible menu link ok have tested 1% of them. fact happens on 2 menu items suggests not article problem.

i have run out of ideas , appreciate suggestions.

if have back-up of site before upgrade, suggest restoring site in different environment , check whether menu items work.

please check in category names or child category names whether character ` being used in place of '. reason ` used the delimiter object names (e.g., column names, table names) in mysql database. also, in core joomla, there no column named 'number'.

i suggest trying following narrow down sql query causes issue:
- in global configuration, in tab system, option debug system, choose value yes , save settings
- after in front-end, click on menu item causes error
- in bottom of page there section named database queries check in query occurrence of string number

good morning you! since joomla! version still running on 3.7.5, trying update current version 23.8.1. tried, got white page due incompatibility 1 of extension (page builder pro). decided first upgrade extension, , trying again. tried update, received error message of dublicated tables. went phpmyadmin , deleted these tables manually. same error appeared again, when tried update part. extension. in order rid of extension, tried remove extension via extension manager. hit "remove" button, got logged out. while trying log admin, got message: you not have access administrator section of site. . yes, changed _user table in phpmyadmin, , checked configuration.php, i'm still not able lock admin. however, checked , browsed internet solution, couldn't find hint, excepted, had similar issue , asked post output of "forum assistant". have no idea if narrow problem, @ least gotta try! of appreciated! thank in advance! part i: forum post assistant (v1.3.5) : 2nd november ...
