404 Category not found when article added in backend after upgrade to Joomla! 3.7.2 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,
we have annoying problem regarding joomla! 3.7.2 article edit page.
i upgraded joomla! 3.6 joomla! 3.7. worked fine until 1 of colleagues got error when added article. got redirected on frontend 404 category not found error. below have issue reproduction. please, me in debugging error. article published, put error annoying. on other hand, got error when working on modules menu in backend or navigating system information in backend.


login joomla! 3.7.2 backend.
add new article.
save article or save , close article.

expected result

remain on article edit page link modified to: ...edit&id=article_id or open article list page.

actual result

front end 404 category not found error , link is: edit&id=0
article got saved , published if open new window joomla! admin backend or website frontend.
