Photoshop Online Help Opens on it's own and will not close.

while using layer style editing window in photoshop cs6,

photoshop online opens randomly when click inside layer blending box. if have clicked box more once open in multiple windows (sometimes on 10 windows). error message pops , when click "ok" doesn't close. can't work in photoshop again unless force program closed task manager , lose unsaved work. i'm not sure error because forced window closed before writting message , since happens randomly can't make happen again in order find out error is. has else had issue? if so, there update can install fixes page error?

you not first report problem, best of knowledge adobe has never figured out causes it.

i had same problem time on , off photoshop cs5, when manipulating layer styles, , ceased when updated display driver - perspective seems brought latent memory corruption caused factor elsewhere, , photoshop happens respond corruption popping-open help.

 

my first suggestion go web site of maker of video card , download , install fresh display driver.

 

if ati video card, recommend upgrading catalyst 13.3 beta 3 driver, the released version known cause problems photoshop.
