Thread: broken terminal

hi there,
have problem trying run terminal. wont open, instead empty file cryptic name, somewhere in name stands: (invalid encoding). tried run xterm, doesn't work either. strangely, if try run application via terminal, works. can't enter terminal, root terminal wont open. idea?

did try reinstall gnome-terminal ubuntu software center? if still not works, try install type of terminal there. type terminal on search box , there various options choose.

hello all, i got same 500 error on frontend , other error on backend. on backend got menu , nothing works. but not right after update 3.7.5 3.8.1. worked 1st time. wanted turn on recaptcha inside visforms form maker component (3.9.2, newest one) , 500 error message came after that. thus suppose 500 error problem in j! 3.8.1 connected recaptcha security somehow well. gap1 please set error reporting maximum in global configuration or $error_reporting='maximum' in configuration.php file , reproduce 500 error.
