3D Text objects: disappearing when I try to move them (Element plugin)

here project looks like. using element plugin make 3d text. in screen teh text in red 1 seperate layer , text in white layer.

the problem having when move red text layer, (the koold layer), parts of text start disapear. not know how centered , looking this.

i took screen recording of problem. here

also if anymore skilled @ this, awesome if add on crown. have not been able make 1 in after effects.
