Chapter not starting from beginning

i have blu-ray project menu & 5 different chapters. in preview, works fine. when go burn blu-ray disc, when clicked on, first chapter starts 18 seconds edit when should start beginning. other chapters start beginning making strange thing.

 

i'm working h.264 footage transcoded in media encoder .m4v format , imported encore cs6.

 

what i've tried:

 

1. burned multiple blu-rays see if burning thing

2. started new project in encore scratch 

3. rebuilt menu in photoshop scratch

4. checked source files , reencoded them

4. burned more blu-rays after each change

 

none of fixed issue!

 

i'm sure i'm missing simple, in advcance patience. here few screenshots, hope helps.

 

the chapter starting 18 seconds in called "highlight".

we start our blu-ray logo animation go straight main menu (pictured above). you'll notice "highlight" chapter in timeline in screenshot.

i don t' see cause this.

 

is 18 sec poster frame?

 

why version of problem clip?

good morning you! since joomla! version still running on 3.7.5, trying update current version 23.8.1. tried, got white page due incompatibility 1 of extension (page builder pro). decided first upgrade extension, , trying again. tried update, received error message of dublicated tables. went phpmyadmin , deleted these tables manually. same error appeared again, when tried update part. extension. in order rid of extension, tried remove extension via extension manager. hit "remove" button, got logged out. while trying log admin, got message: you not have access administrator section of site. . yes, changed _user table in phpmyadmin, , checked configuration.php, i'm still not able lock admin. however, checked , browsed internet solution, couldn't find hint, excepted, had similar issue , asked post output of "forum assistant". have no idea if narrow problem, @ least gotta try! of appreciated! thank in advance! part i: forum post assistant (v1.3.5) : 2nd november ...
