Quality: Converting image to smart object

i using image contact icon on business card, print quality of image bad.

 

now if convert image smart object , print image that? (the original image larger png file convert smart object resize icon size)

one benefit of pixel sos repeated transformations degrade image quality as one-time transformations because result being calculated original content.

 

please post image in question.

maybe should use vector data instead.
