Thread: Printer Driver Developement on Linux (Ubuntu 11.10 )?

hello,
have worked in windows environment in vc++/mfc managing devices (port communication, printing on printer application , experience of sending data directly printer application etc). want develope printer driver on ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric ocelot). new linux. please guide me how start with? tutorial link, books etc , important which device driver kit better developing printer driver?
please help.

Putting a Flash inside a Flash?

i'm debating on creating website on flash profession cs6, wondering if there's way embed flash automatic photo gallery have created flash website. possible? if yes, how do it?   also, site promises pretty complicated in future store , such. idea use flash type of site? you can.  need either load dynamically separate file or build file movieclip.  cannot import might image because lose code in result.   to load dynamically, usiung loader class (serach google: "as3 loader tutorial") More discussions in ActionScript 3 adobe
