Thread: i accidently deleted my bottom panel

hey guys. think made biggest noob move of life right now. changing panel settings , accidently deleted bottom panel cause thought junk 1 added. how default 1 back?

there's no way default panel once delete it. however, being said, should able boot live cd , open thunar window open in live cd's user account 'ubuntu' home directory. hit ctrl+h view hidden files.
browse /home/ubuntu/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml

leave window open.

open second thunar window, mount computer's hard drive , browse same location in user's home directory on computer's hard drive. copy file

xfce4-panel.xml

live cd's home on 1 in home. reboot computer. should have default panels back. hope helps.
