Thread: krename dumps core

hello all,
fresh install of 11.10 here. can't krename run:

i need asap, downloaded source, there's no ./configure in package... do if can't "./configure && make && sudo make install" ?!?

should add i've tried several other renaming packages, krename fits bill: need able drag , drop dolphin.

i downloaded package here: https://launchpad.net/~samrog131/+archive/ppa , worked.
