How do I paste formatted text into text frames on master pages?

dear forum.

i have started 200 pages document wrong way, , need tip how fix damage. silly me :

 

i had not prepared master pages text frames placed text in reflowing frames in document.

now of course difficult resize frames , pages , add text frames master pages.

but no matter what, original text frames follow along, can't rid of them. stay on top of everything.

 

so, please tell me how cut text document , past textframes on master pages , make them flow nicely through document (which has same margins etc.)?

 

 

 

p.s. can't start on because lots of corrections have been done already.

you don't need frames on master pages (and find them hindrance rather help, myself).

 

you can use layout adjustment resize frames new margins/page sizes, have little work first. before making other changes, make sure adjust margins on master pages fit current size of text frames. layout adjustment works resizing things snapped guides, text frames should fill margin guides.

 

next need turn on layout adjustment. prior cs6 in layout menu, in cs6 it's hidden in flyout menu of liquid layout panel (layout > liquid layout...). once layout adjustment enabled can resize pages (in document setup) or adjust margins (on master pages) , text frames snapped margin guides resize , text reflow.
