InDesign trial downloads but fails to open

hello.

i having issues downloading adobe indesign, photoshop , illustrator. working on pc windows xp, i’m guessing 2004. attempted download illustrator via cloud. tried opening program; loaded few minutes , came following message “this program has encountered problem , needs close. apologise inconvenience.”

then downloaded indesign no assisting program – directly website. failed. tried removing program, downloading again in different location didn’t help. repeated process many times, trying several different locations no luck. software download, not open. when attempt download it, in adobe download window (the destination download folder options), there yellow symbol exclamation mark next ‘adobe indesign’ , file size be.

i thought there not enough disk space after tried clearing space program did not open. disk space not issue computer telling me have enough space indesign download.

i read somewhere reason why indesign may fail open default printer may not connected. connected default printer, downloaded program again , problem not rectified.

i have tried downloading adobe photoshop , in destination download folder options, yellow exclamation symbol not appear. however, program crashes after open it. unlike indesign, photoshop’s menu system after couple of minutes loading comes message: “this program has encountered problem , needs close. apologise inconvenience.”

indesign has notified me 30 day trial has expired , can’t download program again. appreciate assistance.

well, short , point: not meeting system requirements, win xp doesn't have service pack 3 or otherwise misconfigured. run windows update , install sp3.
