RE: Custom Module - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
hi,
i hoping can me understand below issue:
the issue has custom module. once upon time used called custom html module in 3.7 see "custom" assume more cater html. anyway, way have been used using if needed write html code use toggle button on top left , switch wysiewyg editor (jce in case) , type or paste whatever html have blank white space.
that still feasible, however, when 'close' module , re-open few times custom html code seems dissappear window. not seem impact end result on front end result remains. have thought code "visible" in custom module. having re-write code when need make edit bit inconvieniencing.
the second issue when open (new) custom module window defaults "custom html" window , when toggle wysiewyg window have found impacts previous custom module , wipes off code written in previous module! behaviour bit weird. thus, each time laucn new custom module have go previous module created , re-write html code frustrating.
would know why happenning first time of experiencing such behaviour when using hte custom html module.
if 1 explain , work-arounds exist appreciated.
thanks
fuquan

if question why you're losing "code" in custom module edits, try tips offered earlier today user: see viewtopic.php?f=706&t=954558
