After Effects Won't Even Start - Error 0xc0000005

hello,

i have same issue danielmagz has reported on discussion at: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5197959#5197959

trouble is, suggested fix worked him didn't work me (disabling integrated intel hd 4000 gpu, same board's).

i've been running premiere pro cs6 5 months smoothly, intel gpu enabled. installed after effects trial , won't start before giving me error message "0xc0000005".

a first install done folder downloaded 5 months ago adobe through application manager. since didn't work tried fresh install directly through application manager again. didn't work either.

my system:

i7 3770k

asus p8z77-v deluxe

msi gtx geforce 660ti power edition

gskill ddr3 1600 - 8mb x 2

windows 7 home premium

i have tried following (in order) , none worked:

1. updating bios.

2. updating geforce driver latest version, released (since aware @ least 1 of driver update versions - don't remember right - didn't work premiere pro, careful keep copy of working driver replace new 1 if necessary. premiere seems working new 1 din't switch back).

3. disabling intel gpu in bios.

4. downloading , installing fix microsoft "0xc0000005" error (which seems occur in variety of situations).

it might worth mentioning run lucid virtu although don't think it's doing adobe software (i have tried turning off gpu virtualization no avail. lucid virtu useful adobe soft @ all? have no intention of running games in machine).

i , urgently counting on after effects finish project asap , add permanently bench, it's quite disappointing.

also, seemed strange me disabling intel gpu solution, since part of reason built (or i'm told) , choice of motherboard in system graphics features has, separate video card work softs such after effects. comment on that, too?

any highly appreciated!

best regards.
