Cannot work around "no actionlist" error on Vista

os: windows vista

browser: ff 18

flash player ver. 11.6.602.180

verified system meets requirements

read "windows installation help" , "flash player installation , update questions , answers" pages

 

i cannot upgrade flash player current version 11.7.700.169 because of “no actionlist” error message.

 

here's i've done try resolve issue:

 

  • uninstalled flash using downloaded executable
  • manually removed contents @ following paths:  c:\windows\syswow64\macromed\flash , %appdata%\adobe\flash player , %appdata%\macromedia\flash player
  • rebooted
  • verified uninstall worked visiting http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html
  • downloaded 11.7.x version of player, ran installer again, , got same "no actionlist" error
  • resaearched "no actionlist" on adobe forum , found resolution similar message (dated march 2013) provided direct link installer
  • installed using exe it's outdated , installed version 11.6.

 

i'd v. 11.7.700.169, appreciated.

did try to download installer following link?  http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#mai n-pars_header

after downloading, close browsers , double-click file downloaded.

good morning you! since joomla! version still running on 3.7.5, trying update current version 23.8.1. tried, got white page due incompatibility 1 of extension (page builder pro). decided first upgrade extension, , trying again. tried update, received error message of dublicated tables. went phpmyadmin , deleted these tables manually. same error appeared again, when tried update part. extension. in order rid of extension, tried remove extension via extension manager. hit "remove" button, got logged out. while trying log admin, got message: you not have access administrator section of site. . yes, changed _user table in phpmyadmin, , checked configuration.php, i'm still not able lock admin. however, checked , browsed internet solution, couldn't find hint, excepted, had similar issue , asked post output of "forum assistant". have no idea if narrow problem, @ least gotta try! of appreciated! thank in advance! part i: forum post assistant (v1.3.5) : 2nd november ...
