"Green" screen when preview video on the viewer

hi guys,

 

 

i have video effect of zooming text before video starts playing, name of video (also music) appeared before video played.

 

green screen displayed instead of effect when preview video on adobe viewer. on screenshot.

 

the size of video 228mb.

 

 

can fixed or should video changed?

 

 

many in advance,

this looks video corrupt. have confirmed plays outside of dps?
