Thread: 11.10 Issues booting and dash home

-

i upgraded 11.10 3 weeks ago , have 2 things perturb me since upgrading.

1. when doing cold boot, ubuntu start hold without completing, have power off, power on again , boots login prompt. other times have power off again , try again, until goes through prompt.

2. after clicking on "dash home" give quick attempt start doesn't open it. sometime have click on dash home 4-5 times open.

other 2 things above, love 11.10 - seems many things work better now.

do frequent updates system .

1...reset dash

code:
unity --reset
