Download and Use, not what I expected

i disappointed on how hard download , use "adobe reader" required in order print documents need print.  able download adobe read xi come end of download , install , ask use "accept button".  there no accept button on computer know of , there not spot said accept button click on.  why can't simplify procedure.  might result in more people buying adobe product rather using temporarily because required site using.  considering 4-13-2013, count down due 2012 taxes , have 2 days left.

i have been trying several days work , on other copy cat programs of pdf reader.  nothing seems work.  think adobe people since have no other choice.

not sure want business kind of company.  come along , develop reader simple use.

sign me off frustrated customer won't customer after have put me , others through.
