Help - Photoshop not saving my photos - "cannot save because of a program error"

i use photoshop daily (7.0).  recently, tried save photo , got message "could not save because of program error".  after getting message again tonight, re-installed photoshop on new computer, (went windows 7 windows 8), transferred images , got same message.  strange part of photos can't saved - taken same day.  there seems no rhyme or reason it.

 

details:

- can't saved in format.  tried jpeg, tiff, png, etc.  same message all.

- can't saved externally.  tried transfer them external drive , got same message.

- tried uploading online editing site , renaming it, re-opening in photoshop.  same message.

 

please help, need able edit these photos somehow.

generally, ps7 should not considered compatible win 7 or win 8. aside, have not provided enough info. files coming from? store them? open in otehr apps? have tried converting them through tools irfanview/ or xnview? stripped metadata? genuine structural damage metadata compatibility issues ps7, e.g. if stored on partitions larger 500 gb or specific drives attached via esata or usb 3...

good morning you! since joomla! version still running on 3.7.5, trying update current version 23.8.1. tried, got white page due incompatibility 1 of extension (page builder pro). decided first upgrade extension, , trying again. tried update, received error message of dublicated tables. went phpmyadmin , deleted these tables manually. same error appeared again, when tried update part. extension. in order rid of extension, tried remove extension via extension manager. hit "remove" button, got logged out. while trying log admin, got message: you not have access administrator section of site. . yes, changed _user table in phpmyadmin, , checked configuration.php, i'm still not able lock admin. however, checked , browsed internet solution, couldn't find hint, excepted, had similar issue , asked post output of "forum assistant". have no idea if narrow problem, @ least gotta try! of appreciated! thank in advance! part i: forum post assistant (v1.3.5) : 2nd november ...
