Arrow key select color palette HELP!

when hitting 'up arrow' key in indesign, selects color palette instead of moving object up.

so frustrated, hope can help!

go edit > keyboard shortcuts. in product area: window menu, check out keyboard shortcut color: color. if necessary delete faulty keyboard shortcut.

 

if doesn't work, try restoring indesign preferences. here's how:
