Round Join Problem

hi there

 

i've got series of lines join round corners except 1 of them. see attached. can't figure out why.

 

i'm sure it's simple.

it have screen shot line selected direct select tool, , control point selected @ odd corner.

 

my guess corner control point has handle drawn down. without screen shot difficult say.
