Upgrade from Dreamweaver MX 2002 = Yellow dotted lines and a plus sign in front of folders

hi adobe

to make life lot easier have created web page screen shots @ http://www.nickrayball.com/help_me.htm

its been on 10 years since last had serious go @ using dreamweaver, , i'm having trouble upgrading cs6.
three points in particular, 2 can work out, third, not.

1.the ftp, below settings work on dream weaver mx 2002

nrb-dw-2002-ftp.jpg

but when use same setting in cs6, this:

it gives error message seen below, i've tried number of sites, same error.

problem 2 load of yellow dashed lines everywhere, can delete tables in web sites , start again, i'd rather not, plus making dreamweaver crash time

issues 1 , 3 related. plus signs created using version control section of site setup dialog box. creating subversion repository, not connecting remote server.

to learn how create connection remote server, see following tutorial:

http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/first_website_pt6.html

the plus signs in files panel indicate files haven't yet been added subversion repository. in version control, set access none. afaik, should remove plus signs. however, if @ site in windows explorer, see .svn folder inside every folder of site. these subversion control files, need delete manually.

the yellow dotted lines visual guides. can turn them off going view > visual aids menu. deselect whichever options don't want displayed.
