Flash player download

i have been trying update/install flash player 11.1.0 or ll.7.7 without success.  have windows vista , browser mozilla firefox.  when try download, cannot past step 1.  suggestions?

what getting on screen?

are able run setup flash player ?

if double clicking on setup file , nothing happening try check uac (user account control) settings. please log in administrator.
