Creating rotational spritesheet from single image

hello evryone!

 

i'm having trouble creating rotational spritesheet single image (360 images, +1 dgree each image).

 

is flash capable of doing automaticly? if so, how? if not, there other program can that?

hello all, i got same 500 error on frontend , other error on backend. on backend got menu , nothing works. but not right after update 3.7.5 3.8.1. worked 1st time. wanted turn on recaptcha inside visforms form maker component (3.9.2, newest one) , 500 error message came after that. thus suppose 500 error problem in j! 3.8.1 connected recaptcha security somehow well. gap1 please set error reporting maximum in global configuration or $error_reporting='maximum' in configuration.php file , reproduce 500 error.
