hello!

i'm struggling change of main page of travel blog. know main page connected date2 model, , there code @ display options:

css styles: background: url(images/inset-html.png) top center no-repeat; height:476px

if change inset-html.png else, nothing happens. can't accsess global configuration because of error decoding json data: syntax error. if disable whole date2 modeul, empty page , can't change @ all.
i know specific question, may came across templates , know answer.

ps i'm using joomla version, 3.6.5. editor tinymce.

we discussing 2 different things in topic. in future, better if 1 issue dealt in topic easier track, offer suggestions, , resolve issue.

(a) css issue

this cache issue. clear cache in joomla! , clear browser's cache , check whether resolves issue.

(b) json error
review of detailed discussion (https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=710&t=937036) on subject of solution provided philtaylor-prazgod. make take copy of site files , database content before attempting run script suggested.

what name of module referencing , extension has been downloaded?

good morning you! since joomla! version still running on 3.7.5, trying update current version 23.8.1. tried, got white page due incompatibility 1 of extension (page builder pro). decided first upgrade extension, , trying again. tried update, received error message of dublicated tables. went phpmyadmin , deleted these tables manually. same error appeared again, when tried update part. extension. in order rid of extension, tried remove extension via extension manager. hit "remove" button, got logged out. while trying log admin, got message: you not have access administrator section of site. . yes, changed _user table in phpmyadmin, , checked configuration.php, i'm still not able lock admin. however, checked , browsed internet solution, couldn't find hint, excepted, had similar issue , asked post output of "forum assistant". have no idea if narrow problem, @ least gotta try! of appreciated! thank in advance! part i: forum post assistant (v1.3.5) : 2nd november ...
