Reinstalling / reactivating account

hi,

 

in march 2009 bought adobe content server 4. our order number ad000420079uk

 

we stopped using product in 2010 need start using again, , reinstall on new set of servers.

 

i reinstalling package , cannot login via acs operator client create p12 file using our acs4operator adobe id. have correct password etc. error e_adept_permisson_denied.

 

i not sure if somehow our account has "expired" or similar, , cannot find contact information other forum. have tried calling main adobe number , got through support person did not know content server, , told me call  phone number (0800 195 5155) no longer in service. have tried emailing various contact emails used last time have had no replies (over past few weeks , many attempts!)

 

the credit card details on our account had expired have been updated , valid, , able make payments required.

 

is here able us? our company has paid substantial amount of money product , can think of no reason stop working.

good morning you! since joomla! version still running on 3.7.5, trying update current version 23.8.1. tried, got white page due incompatibility 1 of extension (page builder pro). decided first upgrade extension, , trying again. tried update, received error message of dublicated tables. went phpmyadmin , deleted these tables manually. same error appeared again, when tried update part. extension. in order rid of extension, tried remove extension via extension manager. hit "remove" button, got logged out. while trying log admin, got message: you not have access administrator section of site. . yes, changed _user table in phpmyadmin, , checked configuration.php, i'm still not able lock admin. however, checked , browsed internet solution, couldn't find hint, excepted, had similar issue , asked post output of "forum assistant". have no idea if narrow problem, @ least gotta try! of appreciated! thank in advance! part i: forum post assistant (v1.3.5) : 2nd november ...
