Error message "menues can not be updated, exstension will not be installed"

hello,

i trying install flexilayouts_2.0.2.522 trial version dreamweaver cs6 extension manager, error message mentioned above.

what's wrong? feedback

i installed extension , can't reproduce problem. please generate log file troubleshooting.

1. open finder.

2. navigate "applications/utilities".

3. double click "terminal.app" launch it.

4. in terminal window, input following command (including double quotation mark) press "return" key.

    cd "/applications/adobe extension manager cs6/adobe extension manager cs6.app/contents/macos"

5. input following command press "return" key.

    sudo touch exmanlog.yes

6. when being prompted, input password of administrator user press "return" key. file named "exmanlog.yes" should have been created in folder.

7. try install extension.

8. after installation failure, exit extension manager.

9. log files "/users/<username>/library/application support/adobe/extension manager cs6/". note folder "/users/<username>/library/" hidden default. can open finder, press "option" key when click menu item "go"->"library" go folder.

10. send log files exman.beijing@gmail.com.

good morning you! since joomla! version still running on 3.7.5, trying update current version 23.8.1. tried, got white page due incompatibility 1 of extension (page builder pro). decided first upgrade extension, , trying again. tried update, received error message of dublicated tables. went phpmyadmin , deleted these tables manually. same error appeared again, when tried update part. extension. in order rid of extension, tried remove extension via extension manager. hit "remove" button, got logged out. while trying log admin, got message: you not have access administrator section of site. . yes, changed _user table in phpmyadmin, , checked configuration.php, i'm still not able lock admin. however, checked , browsed internet solution, couldn't find hint, excepted, had similar issue , asked post output of "forum assistant". have no idea if narrow problem, @ least gotta try! of appreciated! thank in advance! part i: forum post assistant (v1.3.5) : 2nd november ...
