How to apply table styles to a lot of tables in a whole document?

i have document many tables, mixed titles , notes not inside table separated paragraph returns.

 

if select whole document assign table style options grayed out.

if select only items of table (editor) or table (screen) style may applied.

but ask manually check 1 one?

someone write script, imagine, such thing. it's not available in indesign interface apply styles multiple tables @ time.
