Troubleshoot error messages | Bootstrapper CS5, CS5.5
i trying install adobe product , keep getting message adobe installer. due missing file had me download adobe support advisor , did. not telling me this. have done there no inprogress key found. please.
a restart pending (windows)

- launch windows registry editor.
- (windows xp) choose start > run, type regedit in open text box , click ok.
- (windows vista/ windows 7) choose start, type regedit in search box, , press enter.
- (windows xp) choose start > run, type regedit in open text box , click ok.
- navigate hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\control\session manager.
- delete inprogress key.
this adobe reader forum; moving topic the downloading, installing, setting up forum, has better chance of being addressed.
