Install of PSE9 starts rolling back at shared technologies, and doesn't install at all

i trying install pse9 on small laptop doesn't have cd/dvd rom reader/writer.  copied program pendrive , appears have whole program on it.  goes through first part of install fine , icon appears on desktop.  gets "installing required shared technologies" , next action shows "rolling installation of pse9".        @ time pse9 icon on desktop, disappears, , next heading says "rolling installation of pse9 organizer"  window comes says install shield wizard completed and, "the wizard interrupted before pse9 installed...below mentioned application has failed install: shared technologies.  click on finish , there's nothing left of install anywhere in computer.  frustrating , i'm sure somethinbg gets left out when download program pendrive don't have other way unless installed directly adobe.  can that?

first, make sure have complete installer:

 

if follow 7 steps, can download pse trial:  http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-direct-download-links.h tml

 

use serial activate.

 

if have dl problem, didn't follow 7 steps.

good morning you! since joomla! version still running on 3.7.5, trying update current version 23.8.1. tried, got white page due incompatibility 1 of extension (page builder pro). decided first upgrade extension, , trying again. tried update, received error message of dublicated tables. went phpmyadmin , deleted these tables manually. same error appeared again, when tried update part. extension. in order rid of extension, tried remove extension via extension manager. hit "remove" button, got logged out. while trying log admin, got message: you not have access administrator section of site. . yes, changed _user table in phpmyadmin, , checked configuration.php, i'm still not able lock admin. however, checked , browsed internet solution, couldn't find hint, excepted, had similar issue , asked post output of "forum assistant". have no idea if narrow problem, @ least gotta try! of appreciated! thank in advance! part i: forum post assistant (v1.3.5) : 2nd november ...
