outlook 2003 - toolbar adobe (pdf maker) missing

i'dl convert outlook 2033 emails or pst files pdf format -

 

but can not see adobe acrobat toolbar : how implement ? 

 

- possibe convert emails in automatic mode rather email email ?

solution 1: remove adobe pdf disabled items list in microsoft office application.

1. open microsoft office outlook.
2. go > [program name].
3. click disabled items.
4. select adobe pdf list , click enable.
5. quit microsoft office program , restart it.

solution 2: enable com add-in file in office application. 

1. start outlook.
2. choose > [application].
3. click disabled items.
4. check list pdfmakerofficeaddin: if it's listed, select , click enable. close dialog boxes , restart office application.

if using acrobat 10 or 11 repairing or updating latest version should work.
