Repairing the "Sign" panel and "add text" function on Reader X MUI

hi everyone!!!

 

i making further installing the adobe reader x 10.14 (german) , adobe reader x mui (multilingual) 10.1 .

 

i installed adobe reader 10.14 , applied 10.15 , 10.16 patches. surprise!! "sign" panel never appeared , "add text" , "place signature" functions gone

 

i repaired installation using "help -> repair adobe reader installation" , got these functions and  upgraded 10.16 installation.

 

i think other users having trouble issue. (i thnking removing 10.14 base installation , going 10.12 or 10.13).

 

my question is, will work adobe reader x mui? my base installation mui 10.00. sign panel , functions dissapear after updating.

 

• i want skip updates 10.11 10. 13, , applying patches  10.14, 10.15 , 10.16.
• then, want apply "repair installation".
• i want make custom german-english-french-spanish install, possible?
• i edit setup.ini file , patching automatically multilanguage install 10.14, 10.15 , 10.16 updates.
• for sure, want sign panel back!!
