Thread: 11.10 red disks to move and resize windows

i , inexplicably translucent red disks small white arrows inside overlay window i'm working with. red disks appear 2 white arrows @ corners , edges of window , can dragged resize window. there larger red disk 4 white arrows overlaying center of window can dragged move window.

doing makes these appear , more importantly, how make them go away when appear?

those unity mt grab handles. these not enabled default. open ccsm (compizconfig-settings-manager) -> uncategorised -> unity mt grab handles. disable toggle handles. option tell key combination using make them visible. there no set combination, chose. if not remember setting them, don't know why working.

edit: other answer "how make them go away when appear?" wait couple of seconds. don't have disable useful feature if don't want to.
