Nothing happens when I click Import Content from Template - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,
i have upgraded website joomla! 3.6.4 3.7.
i made new artisteer template , created zip file includes content.
i have installed default template when click 'import content template' in joomla!, nothing happens @ - pages , menu items created not load up.
this has never happened me before.
i have set upload size in template options 64 , in user.ini.
does know how can fix problem?

i've tried making new installation of joomla! 3.6.4 , importing template same thing happens. i've tried in chrome, firefox , ie, nothing happens when press import button.
i've checked data files in template directory.
i don't understand why doesn't work - can't see has changed since last time did few days ago when worked.

3.8 upgrade : Fatal error: Cannot declare class JInput, because the name is already in use - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

another user problem after updatee 3.8. white screens on both user , admin sides after installing update. edited configuration.php set error reporting maximum, error message on both front , backend : code: select all fatal error: cannot declare class jinput, because name in use in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/libraries/f0f/input/jinput/input.php on line 39 (that f 0 f). i have seen 1 other report of exact same error, on akeeba support section, response nothing akeeba. have backup week ago, loathe lose past week's work. have dozen or more sites update, there no way trust current update stick 3.7x until problems ironed out. please have idea how fix error. and saying update not disaster; disaster me, , many others having significant problems current update. have never had problem updating before not fixed within few minutes, far have spent several hours , got nowhere. have been joomla user pretty since original release, sites hosted on virtual servers administer myself , have fair amou...
