img-tag not parsed/ not showing up in frontend - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hej,

i placed image in article. content saved , find in database, in frontend whole image-tag not shown up.
the article loaded in newsflash-module.

e.g. text in database:

<div>this text. , follows image-tag:<br /><img src="documents/images/euflag.png" alt="eu-flag" class="img-responsive" />and more text ...</div>


…is showing , parsed sourcecode:

code: select all

<div>this text. , follows image-tag:<br />and more text ...</div>

i tried several browser, tried jce , tinymce, not work lazyload-thing, sef-plugin active , there no difference see while disabling it.
i can call image directly.

but got @ least 3 new gray hairs now.

does has idea? can give access pm.

i using php-version 7.0.1, joomla! 3.8.2 stable.

all other images placed directly in index (e.g.) shown.

is there difference in other image files ie:permissions, directories, or case on server
