Soft Focus Plug-in for LR

i interested in finding free soft focus plug-in lr 4.4. far haven't been able find one. want use portraits, , flowers. know if make one, if where?

any processing plugin might use lr, going need lightroom make brand new physical copy of image. current adjustments irretrievably burned pixels of new file ("rendered" gentler way put that). tiff file (or photoshop psd file).

 

then plugin or utiity, whatever is, alter pixels in file, auto-imported lr new, separate thumbnail.

 

at point, might imo have used external editing program or utility, if not marketed lr plugin per se. lr external editing preset can set invokes this, takes care of creation , naming of working file, , re-imports results.

 

but - if want retain advantages of lr's own non-destructive, parametric (on-the-fly) processing suggest @ can done using both global , local adjustments in lr alone. clarity control can moved in negative positive direction, , local brush can apply negative sharpening , negative contrast - accurate control on general, highlight , shadow contrast. stronger effects can achieved overlaying more 1 brushed local adjustment: operate cumulatively.

 

to extent can produce effects totally inside lr, economy, reversibility , fluidity of own methods - don't care working sequence, file format, etc.
