every now and then: blank pages - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi there!

i transferring joomla site shop new provider.

every , got white pages. takes 20 seconds till site visible afterwards (both backend , frontend).

this causes not customers leave shop credit card system not proberly booking amount. causes mess in paid , not etc.

when log files of server, php_error.log shows this:

unfortunatly not in php thing, php experts said entering path loader.php didn't help.



and: see now: it's strange aloe-website searching in path of other website hosted there (which called balcondejandia).

what tried far:

- deleting joomla cache (both
- comparing htaccess, orignal one
- changing php version 7.1

support of provider said everytime blank page appears fatal error recorded.

any ideas can do?

you should not modify joomla core files.

if web server tries locate php file different website, php has been configured incorrectly.
